TELFORD ANNEX CAMPUS

CCCU’s second campus offers convenient access for students and is just a short walk from the Kowloon Bay MTR station. This smaller, but more intimate site, with its specially designed facilities, self-access and common areas, creates the ideal space for user-friendly teaching and learning. AD students enrolled in programmes offered at the Telford Annex can also use the library, computing and sports facilities at the Kowloon Tong campus.

To create the ideal learning environment, large scale renovations have been made to make the Telford Annex more accessible to the local community, with a redesigned Courtyard and General Office, semi-enclosed areas on the upper podium for student activities and upgraded equipment in the classrooms. In 2011, CCCU has implemented large scale renovation works which resulted in a more substantial library with more study space, IT facilities and book storage; provisions of three lecture theatres with varying seating capacities and construction of multi-purpose function room for student activities.

TELFORD LIBRARY OUTLET

The Telford campus has a well-equipped, on-site library, offering students easy access to textbooks, periodicals and library materials that support mainly the AD programmes offered at the Telford Annex. Online facilities are available for connection to the electronic resources at the Run Run Shaw Library. AD Students at Telford Annex can reserve, check out and return materials at both the Run Run Shaw Library and the Telford Annex Library Outlet. 

COMPUTING SERVICES

At the Telford Annex, notebook computers are available for loan to AD students for their use anywhere on campus. They are connected to the campus wireless LAN. The computer laboratories also offer open access to AD students at designated periods.
