Professor Richard M. WALKER, Associate Dean (Research and Postgraduate Studies) of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and Chair Professor of Public Management, received the 2015 Beryl Radin Award for Best Paper published in the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory (JPART).
