co-organized on 16 November 2013 a Public Forum on “Hong Kong Long Term Housing Strategy” at the CityU campus.
Ngai-ming Yip, Kwok-Yu Lau and Shi Xian took part in the event. Yip talked about "The Myth of Affordability - Responses of the LTHS". Lau discussed "Dilemmas of Housing Supply in Hong Kong". Xian's presentation dealt with the "Revitalisation of Industrial Buildings and Better Use of Space in Hong Kong". Kwok Yu was on a panel discussion on "Ethical Dilemmas over Policy Choices".
