Serving Committees

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) serves as the Chairman of the following task groups:

  • Task Group for Corporate Identity

    Responsible for establishing guidelines, policies and procedures relating to the use of the University logo and other key identity elements in print, signage, Web sites and others.

  • University Web Strategy Task Group

    Responsible for formulating and reviewing the University’s web strategy and design.

The CIO serves as Member in the following University-level committees:

  • The Court
  • Senate
  • Management Board
  • Budget Committee
  • Task Force on Campus IT Needs
  • Campus Development Project Steering Group
  • 3+3+4 Risk Management Team
  • Committee on Statutes

The CIO serves as Member in the following School committee:

  • School Board of the School of Creative Media

The CIO is also a Member-In-Attendance in the following University-level committees:

  • Academic Policy Committee
  • Board of Undergraduate Studies
  • Campus Master Plan Development Sub-Committee
