Dr. Andy Chun is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the City University of Hong Kong.
The Office of the CIO (OCIO) is responsible for the strategic development and co-ordination of all information services and technology in the University.
It is the University's aim to become a leading higher educational institution in the use of advanced information and communication technologies (ICT) for education. The University seeks to provide an environment within which ICT can become a natural, and conducive support to all its activities – from academic, research, outreach to administrative.
The Office of the CIO also oversees the work of the Computing Services Centre and Enterprise Solutions Office.
