He has enterprises and universities experience. From 2006, He has led accumulating more than 500 entrepreneurial university students’ teams, thus have realized educational, social and economic benefits. He implemented “Entrepreneurship Education in Reality”, was evaluated as “2008 The top 10 News of Zhejiang Educational System” by the Department of Education, Zhejiang Province, and was honoured as “The Ice-Breaking Trip of Entrepreneurial Education in China” by the media, e.g. Guang Ming Daily.
“The Research and Practice of Entrepreneurship Education in Reality” and “Four-Wheel Drive” the Overall Implementation of Exploration and Practice of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Education” were awarded the 6th and 7th Education and Teaching Achievement, by the Department of Education, Zhejiang Province.
He was the first startup tutor of university in Hangzhou, the career planning and guidance expert of the first group of university students in the Department of Education, Zhejiang Province, and the secretary-general of the National Vocational Education of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association. He has many times organized national innovation and entrepreneurship education meetings and seminars, have promoted actively the classical experience and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education, enhances the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education of vocational colleges in China.
