The Community College of City University (CCCU) has its own systems of administration, teaching and learning, academic programme development, student affairs and finance, with an independent management and academic structure separate from that of City University of Hong Kong.  All complaints concerning CCCU matters should be addressed direct to CCCU management, as there is no mechanism within City University of Hong Kong to deal with such matters.
