Educational Excellence

As a pioneer in the provision of associate degree education, CCCU has accumulated valuable experience in teaching and developing courses of the highest quality. Each of our programmes combines a carefully integrated curriculum and innovative teaching methodology to provide education of excellent quality.

Vibrant College Life

To enhance your intellectual, physical, and social development, CCCU offers a rich portfolio of campus activities:

Student Mentoring Scheme
Senior year students are appointed as student mentors to help first-year students adjust to university education. This helps to develop a supportive personal network amongst first-year students and senior students. The scheme also creates a warm atmosphere and positive academic culture on the campus and assist first-year students in enhancing their educational experience and development as a person and as a professional in their chosen fields of study.

Overseas Study Tours and Overseas Attachment Scheme
To maximize students’ learning opportunities in an international environment, CCCU runs an Overseas Attachment Scheme and organizes regular Overseas Study Tours.  In 2010/11, more than 850 students participated in study tours to Australia, France, Japan, Korea, Spain, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Vietnam and China. Besides, more than 70 students spent one semester at the following overseas institutions through the Overseas Attachment Scheme in 2010/11:

Shanghai University
Ming Chuan University

Internship, Work Placement and Projects

CCCU provides ample opportunities for students to participate in activities outside the classroom like internships, fieldwork, visits or work-based projects that are related to or form part of their programme curriculum.  In 2010/11, nearly 1,500 students benefited from the support of about 170 organizations.
