Course Aims

This course aims to explore the key concepts, core issues, and processes in human resource management. Such knowledge is extended to discover the principles and theories of human resource management in public and private sectors. Through interactive learning experiences, students will apply the concepts and theories to analyse human resource management issues and the challenges facing Hong Kong today. From the analyses, students will evaluate critically the practice of human resource management in the public and private sectors of Hong Kong.
