In the digital world, business firms use internet, mobile and social media to reach out to their customers. This course provides students with the skills to explore how information systems and technology can be used in performing marketing intelligence and analytics tasks, and equip students with basic expertise of the analytical techniques and technologies of various marketing channels and media.
