Course Aims

This course aims to introduce students to selected areas of operations and maintenance of software applications in the context of supply chain management and operations. It provides an overview of software architectures of e-logistics and e-commerce applications, and pinpoints relevant issues in the architectural design, component integration, and implementation of these applications. It introduces how software applications enhance the productivity and provide value-added services to the supply chain industry.

Examination Duration: 2 hours
For a student to pass the course, at least 30% of the maximum mark for the examination must be obtained.
