Course Aims | ||||||||||
This course aims to expose students to various cases where a crisis was either handled well or mismanaged so that they may understand the importance of appropriate communication in difficult and unfortunate situations which may or may not be within the control of the organisation. The course also aims to help prepare students for possible work in crisis management by enabling them to create a Crisis Management Plan and to hold a simulated interaction with the media. | ||||||||||
