Course Aims

The aim of the course is to provide students with the understanding of the operating principles and applications of modern industrial electronic components and systems, with a particular emphasis on their application in mechatronic control systems used in industrial automation.

Continuous Assessment: 40%
Examination: 60%
Examination Duration: 2.5 hours
Remarks: To pass the course, students are required to achieve at least 35% in coursework and 35% in the examination. Also, 75% laboratory attendance rate must be obtained.
