Course Aims

This course aims to help students to develop an appreciation of science, especially biology and chemistry, through cooking and vice versa. It helps students to develop interest in cooking and critically assess some science principles through cooking. Students will discover their own relationship to food and cooking and will also discover how to present information related to science and cooking on a topic of their choice.
