Course Aims

This course aims to introduce the legal system, legal materials and legal reasoning, and includes an introductory survey of the categories of law connected to arbitration, including private law, private international law and international commercial law. The course will proceed to analyse particular topics of law commonly encountered in practice such as interpretation of contracts and remedies.
