Roles of Recruiting Units/Supervisors

  1. Recruiting units/supervisors shall provide supervision to the students.
  2. Recruiting units shall provide an assessment on performance of the students on completion of the job assignment by completing an online Campus Work Scheme Final Performance Evaluation Form.
  3. Recruiting units/supervisors shall verify and endorse the claims and forward them on-line to the Finance Office (FO) by designated dates.
  4. The evaluation process provides a basis for valuable communication between the student and his/her recruiting unit(s)/project supervisor(s). Performance evaluations also provide documentation of performance challenges or highlight outstanding performance. Evaluations will form part of the record of the students' employment history.
