Q6. Are small kids allowed in the Hall?

A6. Small kids are allowed in principle but should be closely supervised by an adult and should be seated near the exit. If the kid's presence disturbs the ceremony, the adult should bring him/her outside the Hall right away to avoid upset others. To play safe, parents can bring the kids to watch live broadcasting outside the hall.

Q7. Do you have a dress code for attending the ceremony?

A7. The Congregation is a formal occasion to celebrate your achievements in your studies. Casual wear items like sneakers, jeans or sandals should be avoided when you attend the ceremony.

Q8. Can I take photo during the ceremony?

A8. We would advise you not to do so because it will certainly disturb the smooth progress of the ceremony. The Alumni Relations Office will arrange to send the Congregation DVD as a gift to all graduates.
