According to the World Health Organisation, "health" refers to "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Are there any fast rules for a healthy life?

Find out on 17 April at the "CityU Alumni Forum: Journey to a Healthy Life" 《忙碌以外 健康至上》where Ms Elisa Chan （陳潔靈小姐）and Dr Ko Wing Man, BBS, JP（高永文醫生）will share how to pursue a healthy lifestyle amidst hectic schedules. Our alumna Ms Annie Chiang （蔣慧瑜小姐）will be the forum facilitator. Seats are limited, so REGISTER on or before 4 April to enjoy the early-bird rate.

Professor Joshua Mok is a man of many talents, being the Associate Vice-President (External Relations), Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and Director of Centre for Greater China Studies of The Hong Kong Institute of Education. Viewing his primary role as a facilitator of learning that grows the lives of students, Professor Mok attributes his successes to the grace of God, education of CityU, his own hard work and good interpersonal relationships.  Read his sharing.
