The Alumni Card (“Card”) is issued by the Alumni Relations Office (“ARO”) on behalf of City University of Hong Kong. Issue of the Card is subject to the discretion of ARO. Once signed, use of your Alumni Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below:-

1. The Cardholder will keep the Card under his/her personal control at all times. The Card is personal to the Cardholder. The Card is not transferable to any other person. Replacement of a lost Card is subject to a charge.

2. The Card is not a credit card or a charge card. The Card entitles the Cardholder to certain benefits from time to time offered or made available by ARO or its agents as ARO deems appropriate. Such benefits may be amended from time to time.

3. ARO reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions.
