Shared by the awardee
"It has been my honor to receive the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarship, which is one of the most prestigious awards in Hong Kong. The selection process was very tough but, with my genuine passion for contributing to our society within the context of my knowledge of international relations, the panel was impressed by my consistent commitment to Hong Kong. When someone is highly motivated by an inner sense of dedication, regardless of how tough and difficult life's goals may seem, the whole universe will make way to facilitate their achievement."
