Prof Mark R THOMPSON, AIS head/SEARC director gave a lecture on Rodrigo Duterte’s rise to the presidency in the Philippines on 16 May 2017 in the lecture series “Change in East Asia” of the China Centre of the University of Tuebingen, Germany. On 17 May 2017 he will hold a seminar on “China’s ‘Singapore Model’” for the Institute of Sinology at the University of Tuebingen.
