Question 1.: Connection is made successfully and a connection window with a duration counter pops up.  However, no applications such as Netscape can be used. There are error messages like "Netscape was unable to create a network socket connection", or "Error getting network address".

It is because the Domain Name Server (DNS) has not been specified in the TCP/IP Server Type of

compression" and "Use default gateway on remote network" options. Finally click the "OK"
